Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
 

Als Service Engineer Repairs maak je deel uit van ons technisch aftersales-team en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische ondersteuning van herstellingen aan industriële tandwielkasten. Je begeleidt het volledige repair-proces: vanaf de technische analyse en demontage tot en met rapportage, offertevoorbereiding en orderopvolging.

Je fungeert als first point of contact voor klanten en interne stakeholders en zorgt ervoor dat elke herstelling technisch correct, transparant en efficiënt wordt uitgevoerd.

Jouw profiel en persoonlijkheid
 

• Je bent in het bezit van minimum een Bachelor diploma in een technische richting (mechanica, elektromechanica, …)
  Of gelijkwaardig door relevante technische ervaring
• Gepassioneerd door techniek
• Analytisch en probleemoplossend
• Klantgericht en communicatief
• Nauwkeurig met oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieu
• Flexibel en stressbestendig
• Teamplayer binnen een internationale context
