Manager Global R&D Centre Gearboxes
Our Global R&D team operates as the last escalation level for our engineering teams around the globe and shows up when in-depth technological knowledge is required.
As the leader of the organization, you keep an overview of all of the projects, make sure they are properly planned and resourced. You work with the technical teams and the business around the globe to set priorities and ensure timely delivery of the work of the R&D Centre.
The aim of the projects is
- to develop new products,
- enhance and improve functionality of existing products,
- change design to enable cost reduction of the existing products and
- standardize the base technologies and knowledge
You take care of the personal and professional development of your team.
You also join various projects and activities to enhance the company’s competence in production, engineering and service.
Are you the missing gear in our team?
- Do you have a Master’s degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering and a proven leadership experience in an R&D role.
- Do you combine highly developed decision-making, problem solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally and across management levels effectively.
- Are you passionate about technology and eager to learn even more about our gearboxes and new complimentary technologies?
- Do you have strong analytical skills, having an ability to analyze, refine, summarize, and clearly present data and information.
- Are you fluent in English and Dutch? Any other language is a plus!
- You have an analytical mind, like to take initiative and know how to prioritize?
