With production locations in Markt Indersdorf near Munich and Edegem near Antwerp and subsidiaries in Benelux, France, Italy, Spain, Scandinavia, Turkey, Great Britain and India we serve the EMEA market (Europe, Middle East, Africa) and India.
We are a close-knit and dynamic team of around 20 professionals specializing in the sales, servicing and maintenance gearboxes. Our business is built on engineering excellence, reliable service, and long-term customer relationships across various sectors. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a hands-on and proactive Finance, HR & Admin Manager (m/f/d) to oversee and coordinate key business support functions.
This is a standalone role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced, practical environment.
What you'll do:
Finance:
Manage all company financial operations, including bookkeeping, cash flow management, and monthly/quarterly/year-end closing.
Produce management accounts, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
Create financial reporting to our Group Headquarter
Oversee accounts payable and receivable, payroll and VAT returns
Ensure compliance with Gipuzkoas tax laws, accounting regulations (PGC), and company policies
Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel as needed
Customer Credit Management (Altradius and reporting to them)
Maintain financial systems and look for opportunities to streamline processes.
Human Resources:
Responsible for maintaining HR data in our HCM (Workday)
Manage employee along their lifecycle, from interview to retirement
Safety & Compliance Training
Relationship with Quiròn and the Mutua
Time & Attendance tracking (Woffu or Protime)
Admin:
Elaboration of taxes, official statistics surveys, the official reports according to the Commercial Register, Intrastat
Manage Car Rentings, Power Supply, Phone& Internet Contracts, Visitors Accomodation
Management of our Travel Expense System (Rydoo)
What we are looking for:
You are the central mastermind of our backoffice
Previous experience in finance within a small or medium-sized business (ideally with HR/admin exposure)
Strong understanding of Basque and Spanish financial regulations and tax practices
Working knowledge of Spanish employment law and HR processes is advantageous
Hands-on approach with the ability to operate independently and take initiative
Excellent Excel skills; experience with accounting software (JD Edwards) is desirable
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Comfortable working in an industrial/engineering environment with a practical, team-focused mindset.
Spanish and English language skills. Basque is an advantage
