SMT Logistics Operative – Invertek Drives

Invertek Drives is looking for a motivated SMT Logistics Operative to join our busy and growing PCBA team.

This is a hands-on role supporting our PCBA & production operation, with responsibilities including:

· Kitting and issuing materials and orders to SMT areas

· Loading and unloading goods

· Operating forklift trucks (training provided where required)

· Stock control and inventory management

· Supporting cycle counts, stock audits and continuous inventory accuracy.

· Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

· Supporting continuous improvement within the PCBA operation

We are looking for reliable, enthusiastic individuals who can work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to work.

Working Hours

This is a rotating shift role, alternating weekly between:

Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 14:00 (Early Shift)

Monday to Friday, 14:00 – 22:00 (Late Shift)

Occasional Saturday working may be required to support business needs.
