As we are extending our CRM tool (Salesforce) in EMEIA, we are currently looking for

CRM Developer (m/f/x)

 

You develop, test, implement and integrate specific solutions in the Salesforce Enterprise Cloud, going from user interface to backend.

  • You design and test new ideas and concepts.
  • When new releases or updates are launched, you support our Salesforce users on the adoption of this new functionality. You help developing training and documentation and act as third level support for our (key) users and CRM Project Manager/architect.
  • When developing system features, you balance between ‘out of the box’ solutions and hard coding.
  • You implement data integrations with third-party systems.

What we’re looking for:

  • you have a training or professional experience in computer sciences.
  • you like to work cross regional, cross departmental
  • you have a solid developer experience in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, CPQ and optional Manufacturing Cloud
  • you have in-depth knowledge of web and backend development with object-oriented programming languages via Salesforce Developer Console (APEX Classes, APEX Triggers, Visualforce, Integrations API Web Services SOAP/REST in combination with JSON
  • You have experience in the conception of data integrations
  • you’re curious and have strong analytical thinking skills in combination with solution orientation and a pragmatic and user oriented approach
  • you’re fluent in English
